Toucan's Oceanside Bar and Grill Review

 Toucan's Oceanside Bar and Grill is an amazing little place located on Hollywood Beach.  We were super hungry and were extremely happy with our delicious lunch at this bar and grill!

 

 This little bar and grill is right off of the beach. It is so perfect while hanging out on Hollywood Beach.

The ONION RINGS!  Yummmmmmm  I think these have been the best onion rings we have had to date.

So delicious!!

Blue Cheese burger. Wow. SO. MANY. FLAVORS. Truly tasty!

We loved this eatery! The food and the service were terrific. Can't wait to go back!

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Review

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Review

If you are in the Miami area, the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is certainly somewhere that you will want to visit.  It costs about $18 per adult and is well worth every penny!

The view from the front is absolutely breathtaking!

The gardens are so much fun to explore!  

The paths and gardens are so well kept and beautiful.

While you are free to explore the inside of the villa, no pictures are allowed.  Let me just say though, it exceeded what I though it was going to be like.  As you can see from the outdoor photos, it is beautiful.  The inside is extraordinarily spectacular. So breathtaking!

Isn't this just amazing?!

Be sure to check out  Vizcaya Museum & Gardens next time you are in Miami. It is an amazing experience!

Lake Eola Park

We decided to take an afternoon and spend the day at Lake Eola to walk and see the swans!  The weather was perfect; granted it was hot, but there was a lot of shade, so it really wasn't bad at all.

Look at this little beauty! 

Beautiful fountains and walkways!

 The kids loved this one!  Just chillin' and eating some grass.

Such a gorgeous view!  

Really nice way to spend an afternoon in the summer!

Legoland Review

We love Legos in our house. So when our homeschool group set up a field trip to Legoland we were so excited!  Legos everywhere? Lego Rides? Lego stores? Lego themed show??  Oh yeah! Sounds like fun!

 How cute is this??  I can't believe all of the detail.  I know I expected detail, but they really did put small details into every part of the park.  I think this is so fantastic for the kids imaginations!  You can build pretty much anything with legos!

This is so crazy!! It's the space shuttle built out of legos! Not only fun, but educational too!

I LOVE this pirate ship!!  One of my favorite parts of mini land!

And the shows were totally cool!! We were so entertained! So exciting!

And I can't forget the boys favorite part of going...Star Wars!

It was a fantastically fun day at Legoland Florida.  Entertaining, terrific fun on the rides, and sights to see everywhere you turn.  What a great field trip!

Main Street Electrical Parade

Main Street Electrical Parade

We love hanging out at Disney; from the rides and the food, to the fireworks and parades.

Which means we really love the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disney's Magic Kingdom.

We were able to get amazing seats at this particular parade... and it was well worth the wait for it to begin!

We love the lights, music, and fun!  This is amazing to relax and have some cotton candy from one of the vendors (yummy!) We love hanging out after a long day of rides and shows and watch one of our all time favorite parades.

I mean really?!  This is truly so cool! Love that they brought it back after being gone for so many years.

Yay! For the Main Street Electrical Parade!

What to say??  AMAZING!  What a great place to stay!  How much fun can you have at a hotel...seriously???  We didn't want to leave this place!  It was so much fun!  

Seriously, how cool is this bowling alley??

 So pretty!! The style and colors are simply amazing!

And this water slide and pool?? Spectacular!!!

If you are looking for a great vacation getaway, this Cabana Bay is such a GREAT place!!  We loved it and would stay again. It has everything right at your fingertips. This is a great stay!!
