A Worthy Heart by Susan Anne Mason

First of all, I cannot tell you  enough how much I loved this story! Usually I don't start off just telling this, but I really loved this book.

To start... the cover. How beautiful!

Then, we move into the book. I love second chances. The opportunity to make something right. To make the future burst into something beautiful. This book tells the story of Maggie and Gabe, Rylan, and also Mason. Yes, this book follows several characters. Loved this way that the author penned these stories of all of these intertwined characters! It was different than the usual "couple" book. It was romantic, adventurous, and had historical value too (which I love!).

I definitely recommend.  I was glued to this. One of my new favorites!

A Noble Masquerade

This is the first book by  Kristi Ann Hunter that I have read. There is an e-novella that comes before it; A Lady of Esteem, however I have yet to sit down to add it to my collection.

I was intrigued by the plot.   Set in the early 1800's in England, Beautiful Lady Miranda and her desire to be carefree and adventures are not what is expected of her. But her heart leads her to more than she is "supposed" to be. With spinsterhood around the corner, she is reminded of proper behavior and etiquette that had begun as a child. While striving to live in her world of proper ladyship, she experiences humor, adventure, and of course, love, especially when it involves the Duke of Marshington!

I really enjoyed this book. I will certainly give this author a try in the future with her further additions to the series. It was something different that I've read before, very nice for a change.

 Toucan's Oceanside Bar and Grill is an amazing little place located on Hollywood Beach.  We were super hungry and were extremely happy with our delicious lunch at this bar and grill!

 

 This little bar and grill is right off of the beach. It is so perfect while hanging out on Hollywood Beach.

The ONION RINGS!  Yummmmmmm  I think these have been the best onion rings we have had to date.

So delicious!!

Blue Cheese burger. Wow. SO. MANY. FLAVORS. Truly tasty!

We loved this eatery! The food and the service were terrific. Can't wait to go back!

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Review

Vizcaya Museum & Gardens Review

If you are in the Miami area, the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens is certainly somewhere that you will want to visit.  It costs about $18 per adult and is well worth every penny!

The view from the front is absolutely breathtaking!

The gardens are so much fun to explore!  

The paths and gardens are so well kept and beautiful.

While you are free to explore the inside of the villa, no pictures are allowed.  Let me just say though, it exceeded what I though it was going to be like.  As you can see from the outdoor photos, it is beautiful.  The inside is extraordinarily spectacular. So breathtaking!

Isn't this just amazing?!

Be sure to check out  Vizcaya Museum & Gardens next time you are in Miami. It is an amazing experience!

So, most everyone loves to receive bath products as gifts. I know I do! So I am thrilled to be able to work with Sassy Splash. I love sugar scrubs, and was really happy to try one with a scent that is perfect for holiday gift giving!

I adore this logo!  Seriously, how cute is that lil duck?!  I love packaging that expresses so much of what someone has in store to share with their handmade product.

How great of a stocking stuffer is this?!

 Wow, this stuff is amazing.  I can't believe how it made my skin feel after. So super soft.  Plus, the scent! It was lightly scented and filled the air and the water with the most wonderful scent of candy canes! Sassy Splash offers several different scents and products.  I especially think that the  Apple Spice Bath Salt and Yummy Bubbles Bubblegum Bubble Bath would certainly be amazing!

I love, love, love this scrub!!  This is a great stocking stuffer or gift (buy several to make a gift basket!)

We love hanging out at Disney's Animal Kingdom... so many neat animals, plants, and characters too!

 When you walk up through the entrance, you are greeted with the Tree of Life.  Spectacular to say the least. And when taking a closer look at the trunk, you see many animals carved into the "bark".

 Some super cool winged friends! Aren't they just amazing?!
